From Timber Yard to Shipping Container

Every order passes through the same eight stages in our Boyolali workshop. Nothing is outsourced to unknown subcontractors, so we can stand behind each piece that leaves the factory.

    Timber Selection

    Legal SVLK timber is sorted by species and grade in our own stock yard.

    Kiln Drying

    Boards are dried to 10 to 12% moisture and checked with a meter before machining.

    Machining and Joinery

    Rails, stiles and joints are cut, then every corner is checked for square.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are the manufacturer. CV Nusantara Wood Abadi runs its own workshop in the woodworking industrial cluster of Boyolali, Central Java, and has been producing solid wood products since 2009. Machining, assembly, carving, finishing and packing are done in-house.

What products can you supply?

Three main lines: solid wood doors with frames, wood furniture including teak and rattan pieces, and flooring and decking. We also build custom joinery such as carved gebyok and wall panels.

Which wood species do you work with?

Mainly mahogany, teak, trembesi (suar) and acacia, plus merbau, bangkirai, meranti and other Indonesian hardwoods depending on the product. If you have a species in mind, tell us and we will advise whether it suits your use and climate.

Is your timber legal and certified?

Yes. CV Nusantara Wood Abadi holds SVLK timber legality certificate No. IMS-SLHH-4901, issued by PT Inti Multima Sertifikasi (accredited by KAN) and valid until 9 January 2032. Export shipments go out with SVLK V-Legal documents and a phytosanitary certificate. You can see the certificate above.

How dry is the wood you use?

Timber is kiln-dried to around 10 to 12% moisture content and checked with a moisture meter before machining. Properly dried wood is what keeps doors and furniture from warping or cracking after they arrive in a different climate.

Can you make products to my own design?

Yes. We take OEM and ODM orders from drawings, photos or samples. Size, panel design, species, colour and gloss level (matte, satin or high gloss) can all be set to your market's taste.

Which countries do you export to?

Our recent shipments include Somalia, Djibouti, Kenya, Réunion Island and the Maldives, and we also serve buyers across Asia, the Middle East and Europe. We are used to the documents and packing that each of these markets expects.

Do you ship full containers only, or smaller orders too?

Both. We load full containers (20ft and 40ft high cube) and can also arrange LCL for smaller or trial orders. Goods ship from Semarang port, the closest international port to our factory, and we quote FOB or CNF.

How do you protect products during shipping?

Each piece is wrapped with corrugated carton and corner protection, then strapped. Doors are stacked on pallets with spacers, and everything is lashed inside the container before it is sealed at our yard, so nothing shifts during the voyage.
